I think Fall Break comes at such a great time in our school year. The students and teachers work so hard leading up to our week off. From building relationships and routines to really digging into new content, it is such a wonderful experience to start a new school year! With all the hard work that comes along with a new start, a break is much needed and appreciated!
Everyone came back this week ready to get back into action! Below are a few of our highlights from a big week back at school.
We finished Jake Drake Know-It-All and celebrated by building our own electromagnets, just like Jake! They thought it was so neat!
Today for Enrichment Friday the students were able to learn from the Mobile Dairy Classroom during their specials time! Our specials teachers plan the neatest opportunities for the students.
We still love Family Message Journals! The kids loved sharing their responses from family members they saw on Fall Break.
In addition to these fun things we had our second math test, started a new unit on ecosystems in science, and lots more! We also got to go to Mrs. Mays' office to celebrate and parade through the building for reaching our perfect attendance goal!
